The Children of GodAs long as you remain a child, Bonds keep you from going wild; Even though you felt as lord, Only because you were adored. Parents told you what to do, Contradicted what you knew; Getting upset at their command, Because you did not understand. They just ensure you are taught, Help you in your train of thought; Just as teachers and tutors the same, Within the classroom they proclaim. Even though you may not agree, Since you may be too blind to see; You are obligated to still abide, Because of a seed planted inside. Just as we are all children of God, Our Father for to honor and laud; Being in bondage to Him everyday, And why we need to trust and obey.
