Well I have to send this poem,
All about my plight, cos you see;
I bought a lovely electric fire,
And it was all I thought it to be!
But alas just 3 or 4 weeks later,
The thing will not work at all;
So in a panic, I picked up the phone!
And gave your phone centre a call!
‘Can I have your agent number, please?'
The young lady said to me…
And of course, I did oblige,
Cos I needed a fire replacement you see!
Now I have to say that over the weeks,
I've made a few calls to you…
So I thought it was about the right time;
To show my appreciation for all you do!
And I thought a thank you at this time,
Would be appropriate to send;
And in the future, I have to add;
It's with your catalogue I'll only spend!
Now I don't know the names of your staff;
But I think I may just generalise,
Cos I must admit, over the months;
I've become very catalogue-wise!
Cos your customer service is great,
And I like to give praise were praise is due;
So winging its way is very special poem!
