 HAPPY HOLIDAYS

Decorations of winsome trimmings,
Glisten the season's greetings,
Filling stockings with delight,
As a candle glows like the moonlight.

Joy to the World is proclaimed out loud,
And Goodwill is spread in a crowd,
Through endless miles of plea for peace,
In hopes for mankind's battles to cease.

Home is a nest made from serenity,
For as we open our door with dignity,
We welcome all to enter and savor,
The taste of life's pleasing flavor.

Loved ones we hold so dear,
Whether far or near,
Are cherished with cheer,
That lasts throughout the year,

Mistletoes are hung up high,
For the lucky ones who pass by,
Exchanging a gift most precious,
Love... with kisses so delicious.

Another year is coming to an end,
And a new beginning around the bend,
With hopes it will be a good one,
to look back on... till the next one.
