Warriors Of Sacrifice
Your sun is setting
just another date
deployment for the fifth time
to this wasteland of hate
so much anger
is filling the darkest hour
there is blood in a foreign land
most of it is ours
so to the warriors
the solider who gives their lives
no service is true justice
for your sacrifice
They are you and me
with eyes of strong steel
in a land of kill or be killed
we seem to be feeding them
right to their demise
but what choices are ever easy
when you are fighting for freedom
when the ones that hold the power
think it's right.....
so to the warriors
the solider who gives their lives
no service is true justice
for your sacrifice
we seem to be sending you off
with hugs and best regards
but when we are falling like flies
how can your heart not be torn?
when will this ever end?
When will the count be halted?
taps are playing way too much
hearts are breaking
family by family.....
the war is dismembering them all....
