Ilari,
good afternoon, my fellow poet.
this early morning for me.
I am on vacation and life's good.


GOOD EVENING OVER THERE

There 'O man around the world
Here this poem comes unfurled
Just write to me
And let me know

That in your poetry you hurt so
Life was unkind
so share to know
The pain not blind

When others see
Through words there
Hurting in thee
It's best to share

All the pain felt
The deaths and hate
The wartime belt
That there will wait

To tear you up inside
Let it go
It's got to slide
Because I know

Emotions deep
Our pasts are gone
There's words to weep
Turn them on

Just as I do
Here in my space
Where I can see you
At your place

Your spirit calls
It talks to me
When those words fall
Filling the bowl of Mixed Salad poetry...
