SENSES

I hear the laughter of the world
I hear the suffering-numb and deep
Clear and loud, yelling in my ears
Why, oh why?
Do I hear every sound?
Every sound of misery, anger and happiness
Cover me with layers of thick deafness
For my ears are exploding!

And why, oh why?
Do I see every movement?
Every movement of sin, despair and love
Cover me with layers of thick blindness
For my eyes are burning.

And why, oh why?
Do I feel every emotion
Every emotion of pain, hate and sympathy
Cover me with layers of thick poison
Intoxicate me!
For my feelings are exploding
Drowning me in deep Waters,
Flying me to high paradise!
