HOMEWARD

Take off this ring
What it does bring
Your finger swells
As you write your tales

The ones they all know
The thing that won't let go
The concerns of those men
The way of pretend

Where you'd gather give
Long lasting love lived
While although it could go
Still here workin' for God I know

Inside of me at night
His love the perfect light
Guiding me to what's known
It's good, kind, where I'm in God's home.
