Tomorrow belongs to me
Tomorrow belongs to me
I have wasted so much time
just hoping and waiting
what a fool I was
how wrong and mistaken
I fooled myself by
believing that in time
things would be different
so I waited for a sign
But nothing ever happened
it never ever would
I ignored the thought of leaving
when maybe I should
If I'd have respect for me
and had forgot about you
just like you discounted me
and to myself I had been true
So many years over and gone
just to turn back the time
and tell you how wrong
oh if only I could
It's took a long time
but now I know you don't care
lifes all about you
no more ours to share
Now the past has gone
and now that I am free
I'll waste no more time as
tomorrow belongs to me!
