It's finally been decided
you've finally won through
he now no longer needs me
he now craves only you.

I have given all my life
I was always steadfast and true
but that never changed things
when it came to the meaning of you.

Then I became invisible
always when you were around
I tried to keep him from you
but my words fell to the ground.

you changed the man I knew
he became a stranger to me
surely our past would keep us solid?
but you made sure it couldn't be.

In your craft you moved on
right into his very soul
you took him so entirely
until you owned him whole.

because of you oh how he lied
because of you oh how I cried
making sure I was the hurdle
making sure I was pushed aside.

so now you have him forever
he has gone so far from me
all he wants is you in his life
all he craves is you and he.

In your poison you have chained him
to ensure he never wants to stray
you know he will want you always
now, and for the rest of his days.
