Poems of Lighthouse Bob
Luna's Dawn #296
Luna's Dawn Cascading falls of blue adorn Seep trough the crags of early morn To touch the stymied sleepy eye Of Luna's mask on rising sky Entangled with the sun's estate Where stars discuss their certain fate To vanish in the coming stance And meditate on dusk's romance Where night owl calls to praise the name And shadow crawls to do the same Of goddess on her silver stream Who casts her spell on dreamer's dreams Through flowing robes of sequined beams That tumble down with such extreme That lover's hearts as one do beat And shimmer through the moon's retreat Behind a mountain by the sea Or in the minds of you and me As pallid light of Love withdrawn Until the time of Luna's dawn.
