Petals In The Grass

The Blade

Unburden myself
Of this madness
It''s clearly easier missing time
Really not to remember
Blame away only slightly
Understood are others
Love doesn''t mention anyone
With vague smiles hushed
The blade doesn''t tremble
Piercing my sanity
Having the courage to make the insition
This stark reality of simplicity
Release myself
Of this madness
As I knock down these blocks
And chips on my shoulder
The blade finally trembles
In alcohol hands
