Its time now I think
to retire this old pen
simply look back and smile
at all the places its been
Give my mind a long rest
put thoughts from my head
all rhymes and emotions
I'll just put them to bed
I've tried to bring You
both smiles and tears
in all my humble rhymes
down through the years

Ok Let me clarify this as several poets
have questioned me on it. I am not leaving
just taking a much needed break from writing.
Gonna sit back and read others works, as I feel
at least right now that I am burnt out. My mind
draws only blanks, and I feel what I do write
all sounds the same. So please bear with me
