Heart Of The Matter
Shades Of Lavender Blue
Ah, Beautiful, Brodie Castle, Scotland.
Perhaps we could find a quiet corner,
A place where we let our thoughts wander,
Inspire us in time,
To write one more line,
Encapsulate life in its wonder,
The room should feel warm and contented,
With some candles so beautifully scented,
Shades of lavender blue,
Complimenting the view,
That nature so freely presented,
Music playing, softly surrounding,
We'll find inspiration abounding,
At work and at play,
At the end of the day,
Our poetry will be quite astounding!
