Changing
I am changing
I am rearranging
the plans I made
am I better today
or yesterday?
ever since you came
I have been changing
but is it for me
or is it for you?
I am not the same
I am looking at the picture
and how does it sit
to the hues of happiness
or blackened by sadness
you have grown on me
but is the outcome
what I wanted to see?
I have been changing
but is it for me?
or is it for you?

am I the social butterfly I was?
or a meek little girl scared of her shadow?
do I like the pattern
of what I have become?
