Son of Man
Let everyone that has an ear,
Then allow him or her to hear;
As well as having eyes for sight,
With being able to see the light.
The Son of Man comes to seek,
Those who are weary and weak;
He comes to open up the door,
Those who are sick and are poor.
Because He has come at a cost,
To save the rovers who are lost;
And has given up His own life,
For ridding others of their strife.
But they will look and not see,
A link between the cross and He;
And they are completely blind,
To the sight of the spirit Divined.
If only they would understand,
Abide in God and His command;
Turning to Him on how they live,
Then He would be ready to forgive.
