Butterfies all spreading the word
As they flutter among my flowers~
Touching each and every single bloom
Seems without a plan for hours~
As they meet up with other butterfies
And chat awhile to fly away~

Gracing gardens as they only know how
Not aware of a world of woe~
As they are simply butterflies
Being butterflies is all they know~
They are simply beautiful butterflies
They say they only live awhile~
But they do more n some I know
In a lifetime I say with a smile~
How they love a sunny day
In the shade of our old big tree~
Fluttering about all the flowers
Thet even fluttered about me~
Gentle fragile delicate too
The dancers of my garden~
How they go about their day
With every blessing of love and pardon~
Different families but still one
All colors are they there~
Doing as butterflies only know
Their beauty beyond compare~
