Living in Christ
Since Christ has shown the way,
How to live each and every day;
I have been feeling more at ease,
While abiding within His decrees.
For I know that my Lord is here,
And is able to chase away my fear;
So that is why I can not be afraid,
With knowing that He renders aid.
No matter feeling sick or how I feel,
Jesus is always here helping me heal;
Knowing all of what Christ has said,
Giving me needed comfort instead.
Because of this my heart is glad,
Leaving no room with being sad;
As my faith in Him is full of hope,
In living every day while I cope.
Jesus will not let my body decay,
After leaving this life old and gray;
Because I know that He will save,
Rescuing me from the dark grave.
