When we face the darken night
As the daylight fades from sight
Our hidden sins will scream out loud
To make us fall with our head bowed
On our knees in sorrow's pain
Promising not to sin again
Our conscience plays an important part
In coverting a repentant heart
It accuses and can't be stilled
Until God's love in us is filled
It is hard to live with sin
Although the devil creeps within
satan tries to steal our joy
And to play us like a toy
With faith we can always run away
To God's side and forever stay
We can persevere with trust
To be washed clean we truely must
Ask forgiveness to be saved
Pray and remain well behaved

Note:
God gently calls us to HIS side.
HE is always ready to forgive.
May those who feel lost, find in
HIM, The Eternal Redeemer!
