  A Cats Tail
Image Hosted by ImageShack.us

Hello my names Maurice and I am grey and white
And I sleep all day and play all night
I have a fluffy white chest and silk like paws
My friends call me Wolverine because of my claws
In March this year I will be 2 years old
Which is 14 in cats years so I am told
I live in London with my daddy and his family
And they really, really look after me
I like it when my daddy rubs my belly and scratches my chin
And I tell him everyday how much I love him
But I don't think he understands the language of cat
So I just curl up and watch football with him on his lap
He tells me things at night and during the day
And i really miss him when goes away
I know he misses his mummy because I do too
And that he gets frustrated with life, which I already knew
He loves me and he feeds me and he play with me as well
We both make each other happy, I can tell
Sometimes he tells me off when I bite his feet and hands
But I am only playing. I hope he understands
I love going outside and playing in the allotments at the back
And laying in ambush for the mice, which I attack
Sometimes I bring my catch home and show my dad
But he just tells me off for killing mice, which makes me sad
But love and tears and fun and play
They are just a sample of my everyday
I sleep mostly and dream of open meadows chasing butterflies
Which dart and bobble into twilight skies
I usually awake with my daddy stroking me
And then I purr, because it's time for tea
