Heart Of The Matter
Going With The Flow ....
An hour drive to the airport,
A ticket for a plane,
A solo flight across the sea,
Then coming home again,
A voyage of discovery,
A country to explore,
Another land of wonder,
Lies upon another shore,
A week in simple pleasure,
In friendly company,
Some wine and song,
Some silence,
And love comes duty free,
I look to my horizon,
The coastline looking bright,
I'm happy and excited,
Slightly nervous,
Of the flight,
My bag is packed,
I'm ready now,
Just one more day to go,
I leave my cares behind me,
I'm going with the flow.
