I have heard it said many times
And every time I ask again~
How do they come up with what they say
Do they need someone just to blame~
They say that so many things
Are an act of God its so~
Like storms and floods and earthquakes too
I honestly wonder how they know~
I myself think of God being
A soul of love and care~
I can not imagine why he would
Deliberately bring so many to such dis pare~
I do not ever remember reading
Within his book that we've all read~
That he would do such terrible things
Have I missed something that he said~
So many things they say its an act of God
Insurance Companies mostly use this term~
maybe I'm not that well read
Maybe Ive got more to learn~
But when they say that something bad is an act of God
I honestly wonder why~
And I can not find out how they know it is
