AS I WAS FALLING ASLEEP POEM
Believe I am not your Carol
Who gave you babies
A home and her love
Now married to Lance
Many years, in her pants
And not you, my dear
Carol's romance is for him it's clear.

Believe I am not your Tess
Who gave you something I don't I guess
A couple, you guys were once
Now all gone
Tess, forever best
In her graces
And not that way in mine
Tess, back there to love in that time.

Believe I am your Candace
Who gives you a reason to cuss
A jealous love with passion
Now ponders in the fashion
Michael
Many months
He's had her lady humps
Then he's away, thinks she's unheard
Candy's romance
To him absurd.

A dance, A child
A little wild
Her, here and now
He loves somehow.
