It's been said so many times
For centuries it's so~
That a mirror remembers all
As far back as we all can go~
I've known of those that told of this
That mirrors hold memories~
Events and of conversations
That go back as far as trees~
Knowing souls they have all told
Of this being ever true~
And if it could ever so well be
Mirrors could tell a story , more than a few~
We all know that within sound there are
Vibrations deep within that be~
And if a mirror it can thus except
Vibrational reflective memory~
Than mirrors old from times so bold
Could know as we have never expected~
Conversations that once took place
As it hung upon a wall and reflected~
Brings new meaning to a saying
Mirror Mirror upon the wall~
Maybe someone knew so long ago
Memories were well recorded then in a hall~
We are not all knowing yet
And many things we are to find~
And if an oldest mirror carries history
There could be ever so much weve left behind~
