Be on Guard There are many false prophets out there This is a warning to watch and beware Be very careful and weigh what they say They present half truths and lead you astray Be aware of anyone saying Jesus is their brother He is the Son of God and equal to God the Father By placing your faith in Jesus, you are His child His Spirit is love, joy, peace; He is gentle and mild Watch out if someone says they know the Bible Don't take it for granted that they are reliable It is very important to know why you believe Always be on guard for those who try to deceive Some will interpret the Bible as they see it to be It is only God's Spirit who reveals it to you and me We need to always pray before we open His Word So the Spirit can speak and His message be heard Some people believe that everyone will go to heaven That God is already inside of you twenty-four seven We are all born as sinners with a free will to choose The choice is ours to reject or accept His good news Do not be fooled that there is more than one path Knowing Jesus is the only way to avoid God's wrath It is an individual decision that everyone must make Don't let anyone tell you otherwise for your own sake Matthew 7:15-16 (NIV) Watch out for false prophets. They come to you in sheep's clothing, but inwardly they are ferocious wolves. By their fruit you will recognize them. Do people pick grapes from thornbushes, or figs from thistles?
