Cry

Oh we tortured souls
We bear the curse of humanity
To feel to the depths
Like teenagers
stuck forever in eternity
raging hormones
And passions
That never left us since those days.

The sun lays his gentle hand
upon my thigh
The wind caresses my cheek
As the tears role down them
The world moves past me
In spite of the intensity
Or perhaps because of it

Lovers embrace
Just A few feet away
The story touches a girl
The loss of a character
Allows her to cry
Allows me to cry
In spite of the intensity
Lovers embrace
Just A few feet away

No point
No purpose,
Just release.
