To say I love you today
To someone you hold dear,
Your children!
Your sweetheart, your husband,
Your wife, your mother or father,
When was the last time
You took time out in your day,
To call an old friend to talk,
Each time you leave your door step
Do you forget to remember!
Or do you care,
Or just take those you love
For granted!
To busy to take the time you say,
I will do it tomorrow or later
Today is a big day,
So much to get done
Not enough hours to do it all,
Why do we take for granted so easily
Them we so love!
And don't we all.
How do we know in a world so pressing
So in a hurry,
If we will get that chance
No one is promised tomorrow?
Only today this second is ours,
Ask someone who's been there
Those who recall!
And will never get that chance
They to left in hurry were to busy,
And never got to say I love you!
You mean the world to me honey,
To their loved ones God bless your day

If only is all they have and wishing they did,
