 One Life's Pilgrimage

Heart Ache

Now those were the easy days,
Back when all was simple.
The only worry, an ugly pimple.
Imagining a different life
If only I had a dimple.
Back then, the only reason
the world fell apart
Was when He would depart.
Only heartache interrupted
The happy life.
And only until a new He
Would cross my path
Cast a glance
And make me laugh.
How I yearn for a simple
Heart Ache.
