Different
The shadow of myself,
The distance between time,
One's life a living hell,
The other's life, just fine.
I know which life I have,
I know which life I want,
I know there will be one,
Who's life, the other will haunt.
(Chorus)
I don't know much else now,
I'd like to learn some more,
Like what makes my life so different,
From the better, the choice, from yours.
My shadow's got it easy,
My soul, my conscience too,
But someone's got to tell me,
What's different about me and you.
(Chorus)
I don't know much else now,
I'd like to learn some more,
Like what makes my life so different,
From the better, the choice, from yours.
It's hard for me to go on,
So please just switch me faces,
Switch me feelings, switch me thoughts,
Switch me lives, switch me places.
(Chorus)
I don't know much else now,
I'd like to learn some more,
Like what makes my life so different,
From the better, the choice, from yours.
