Diamonds are like the stars in the sky,
Ruby is the sun that shines up high,
Emerald shines like the dew on the grass,
Aquamarine is the blue sky when not overcast,
Myriads of colours in a prism I see at last.
They weave beautiful colours just for me
Each one so bright and vividly I see,
Always so bright they light up my face
Not a sign of dark colours there is no trace,
Like being in a rainbow I feel so secure
Light colours are in my heart that is for sure.
