There are many interacting causes of child abuse and neglect. It seems that
small children are more vulnerable to physical injuries such as whiplash or
shaken infant syndrome resulting from battery. Why does it have to be?
Every child needs to be able to laugh and enjoy life as it was meant to be.
They need to learn so they can face the World as it sometimes can be cruel.
But most of all a child needs love from everyone around them, especially there
own parents and guardians, so that they can be able to return the favor some time.
But a child that has been abused or neglected can only if someone or anyone gets to them in time before it is too late.
