MEMORIES

Missing you inspires my tears
Converts days into many years
You animate my most concealed fears
My abysmal sorrow wishes you were here.

You foster so many heartaches
Nourish my entrenched sadness
And intensify this chronic loneliness
The pain I feel now is my life's greatest

My pride got crushed under your feet
Like a roller running on a dry leaf
There's no more life left in me
All I have are your excruciating memories.

All good things come to an end because God has better plans for you.
