The Strength of a Woman

Out of Darkness

I know your little secret
Why are you so shamed
It's not as bad as you think
You think you won't be accepted
It's true
Ignorant people won't
They are closed minded
They will never
That's their problem
Not yours
People who love you
Will do just that
LOVE YOU
No matter what
Please
Do not feel shame
You are who you are
Straight
Gay
Bi
To me
I do not care
I loved you then
I love you now
As your first love
I only speak
Because I care
About you
Believe that
Baby
The closet can be so dark
Come out
Into the light
I will be waiting for you
With a full embrace
Keep in mind
all that I've said
Be proud
Of just who you are
Unshameful & Just
