Goddess

The dogwoods are in blossom, sweet and ever tall,
The leaves and buds reborn from last time they did fall.
Spring is in the air with the flower and the bee.
I love Mother Nature's beauty with her colors that I see.
She gives me warmth in Summer, rainstorms in the night.
Colors and smells she shares brings my heart delight.
She gives me sweet things to eat, I so enjoy the taste.
I plant her seeds and bulbs, things we should not waste.
All plants and trees were created by the Master's hand.
He grew things we'd love and made our Earth so grand
Knowing what I and others would need, he told it to his wife.
I will thank her for her blessings until I leave this life.
