Hearty Breakfast For The Soul

“hope springs eternal”
The apple blossom's blooming,
A fluttering on the breeze,
New life bursts forth triumphant,
Re-awakening dormant trees,
The morning sky is cloudless,
The sun sits at its best,
And all around are daffodils,
Golden clouds at my behest,
The snowdrops all but gone now,
We await the bluebell's toll,
It's a beautiful spring morning,
A hearty breakfast,
For the soul.
