Color Blind
Soul searching, mind ablaze
Screaming thoughts that barely phase
Visons through a looking glass
Color seen some can't get past
Palet held a painters tool
Prejudice, feelings not cool
Ugly thoughts that cross a mind
Why can't we be just color blind
Equal are all in our GOD's eyes
Image of him in us he tries
Removing what we have inside
These hearts upure that we so hide
Hate, dislike is not of him
This sentiment an ugly sin
Yet still some hold unto this hate
A world apart is their just fate
God sees all, your every thought
Before it came to mind he caught
The look, the words, the racism
Mankind pious and cynicism
