A Day of Judgment
Every one hide in the rocks,
Put on your doors heavy locks;
For the Lord is a jealous God,
Wanting you to honor and laud.
For when our Lord does return,
That is when everyone will learn;
How to be humbled in the crowd,
Who are acting so vain and proud.
And all will show homage and praise,
But anyone who still betrays;
Still hiding their conceit and pride,
Will be cast down if not abide.
All of your idols will be gone,
And destroyed by the morning dawn;
Each single lustful desire,
Cast into the lake of fire.
Stop the power in earthly lust,
And go to God with all your trust;
Hide if not changing your way,
His return could be today.
