Peace In the Valley
Peace in the valley
Oh such somber peace
With war atop the mountain
Blood stained by sadist fleece
Raped by your religion
The greatest of all cons
Love your neighbor as yourself
But murder the terrorizing ones
Those with whom beliefs dispute
It's better they were dead
Even though religions teach
To turn your cheek instead
Send your sons to fight the wars
And send your daughters too
Go to church and pray your prayers
Believe that God hears you
The God who says “thou shalt not kill”
Pray that He bless your war
And keep you children safe from harm
They're only settling the score
The terrorist killed three thousand
The day the towers fell
Multiply that by one hundred
Then tell me war's not hell
Millions have fled the carnage
While we rebuild ground zero
The number of Iraqis dead
Makes Bin Laden seem a hero
Now three thousand soldiers have died
It makes no sense to me
War has only doubled the score
And still Osoma is free
So we're a Christian nation
Believing the bible as truth
Hi ho, hi ho, to war we go
Sacrificing our youth!
