Some Kind Of Wonderful
Some Kind Of Wonderful
Some kind of turn around
some kind of hope is found
and could it be the tears
don't come as often
it's actually some kind of wonderful
to look at myself and finally smile....
Some kind of break
became my miracle
in the words I spoke in prayer
I felt a weight lifted
it was a happiness
I never had quite experienced
now through clear glass
I see the mark on my path
so long, goodbye
pity became my past......
Some kind of turn around
some kind of hope is found
and could it be the tears
don't come as often
it's actually some kind of wonderful
to look at myself and finally smile....
Some kind of change
naturally....gradually....
In my own life
I felt comfortable for once
like I belonged all along
and so this would be my thank you
to every obstacle
and so this would be my thank you
to every blessing
I broke free of my worst enemy
it was always myself......
