Life is like chapters in a book
It all depends on your outlook
Each day starts a new page
As we grow older and age
The type of novel you write
Will be influenced by insight
It may be a drama or mystery
Or the desire to change history
One key factor stands out over all
Your decision to answer God's call
That alone determines the ending
Of the final chapter that is pending
God gives each of us a free will
To choose to come to Him still
You can make that decision today
By accepting Jesus as the only way
Your life on earth will one day end
Do you know where you will go then?
Death is the beginning of eternity
Either heaven or hell is a certainty
Some people believe that Jesus died
They know they have sinned and lied
Yet their faith is not in Jesus alone
They still try to make it on their own
