My Theory Of Poetry

I am a firm
believer
that poetry
should be
soul read,

not scientifically
dissected or professionally
analyzed,

each poem
when soul right
has it's magic
and touches those
who need it,

poems are in no need
of passports nor visas
nor approvals by a group,

a poem is a wink
in time and needs
no other validation
but the eyes it catches
right,

precious air
for soul wings.
