Where do angels come from one might ask,
Telling that story is quite the task,
For no one really knows why they are here,
But most of us believe they are someone dear.
For when we lose someone that we love,
They will be carried to the Heaven's above,
By the angels that we never ever see,
But we know are there always, for you and me.
The clouds are where the angels roam,
But Heaven is their own true home,
Angels are the most beautiful things,
With their long white dresses and outspread wings.
Their halos are made of a big gold ring,
And their voices carry high as they sing,
Sometimes we see them as a spirit,
But are never able to get near it.
They come to us in times of need,
We pray to them and we plead,
To stay with us forever and always,
So that the good in us, never strays.
So you see, the angels are there for one and all,
No matter your problems, big or small,
They will guide you in the right direction,
And give you love and lots of affection.
If you put their words to good use,
You could never be lost, win or lose.
Take it to heart, everything they give,
Especially the most important, the will to live.
Take it to heart, all that they do,
Because they do it all just for you.
Take it to heart, they are out there,
Above us all, in the clouds somewhere.
Take it to heart,
They are there from the start.
