She felt elated dancing in his arms
Her bronze seducer oozed sexual charm
Muscles rippled beneath her exploring touch
He was her Master in passion's clutch
How often had she dreamt about him
She surrendered willingly to love‘s vibes within
They were born beneath the Caribbean sky
In the likeness of the Prophet of the Most High
Strong limbs like fine brass as if burnt in a furnace
Her lovely hair was like lamb's wool around her face
Dark as the night that brings sleep for a while
Dark as the waters of the African Nile
She was sweet as molasses that drain from sugar cane
Desire ran wildly, rushing through their veins
Time flew by as if blown by the wind we can't see
They danced like Spirits unhindered and free
They were proud descendants of slaves
Their ancestors served Masters until their graves
Their faces portrayed the beauty of African nobility
With voices as clear as the rolling seas
