Little Miss
Little Miss
Mom is catatonic
dad the rebel renegade
boyfriend is cheating
raining on her parade
secrets are coming
busting through the iron bridge
a pretty girl stripped
of all the privilege
Little miss
can't catch a break
keeps envisioning prison
take her from the ruins
before she drowns in her tears
the last minutes are arriving
will her life not see the next year?
Brother is a druggie
a sister the witch of corrupt
taxes are overdue
IRS calling saying time is up
and she is trying to be everything
but to everyone it just won't last
the dominoes are falling
as she takes the first hit at crack
Little miss

will her life not see the next year?
Took a while
but now just like them
a product of just her upbringing
oh no one was there to save her
eyes just like the family
no fire, no hope
