If night were not to follow day
Our world would be in disarray,
If your love for me were to die
My heart would break and I would cry.
IF
If the sun were to shine no more
Things would be bleak and dark for sure,
If you and I should ever part
There`d be a coldness in my heart.
BUT
But I am sure our world will stay
Just the same as it is today,
And our love will go on and on
And then all the `if`s` will be gone.
