"A Heartfelt Proposal"

Upon loving you, with all my heart,
We realized together right from the start.

That all was good and sure to be the same,
as with no mystery there is no one to blame.

I look into your eyes and I see what I see,
A mirrored reflection of the love you have for me.

The look in your eyes is exactly what I need,
The warmth and the comfort as if my souls been freed.

We have been separate but yet together we're now one,
To look into ones eyes and realize what's been done.

That fate has taken over and its destiny's time to rise,
We're both very careful with our hearts as the prize.

But in loving you, it comes with ease...
You make me want more do I dare say it, "please?"

Missing you immensely when you're not around,
Knowing I want you right here after it all goes down.

It's all about us and now it's just you and I,
I've been wanting to ask, "Can you love me 'til I die?

Can you see us growing older say 20 years down the road?"
I see us still together and the truth must now be told.

To see you before I sleep & in the morning when I wake
If this is what you feel then let's go set a date???
