Absent Minded
I am the boy who cried WOLF
I did not laugh when you did not believe me the first time
and i cried even more at your lies
i begged you all to get your guns
and the farmer was just too busy to protect his sheep
i know what i saw and i do not lie
The moon was full
and i heard a howl
i was out for a walk
and there he was a lone wolf
coming for the sheep
so i cried wolf

The wolf ran
I'm still surprised none of you at your parties heard him howl
I'm surprised all of my friends were soo tucked into all of their beds all knocked out
with sleep
that no one but me saw him and i'm still alone
and how does my story go down?

The next day i happened to see the same wolf
it's not my fault that wolf was smarter than you
its really not

and little red had to go to her grandmother's house

And guess what it was me who hired the gosh dang hunter to follow little red riding hood

the sheep were missing
red almost died and the hunter came back with the body of the wolf

and just open the gate and let him in
