A BREAK

Take a break from housework
To write the things that lurk
Here in my mind
While you're unkind

As you will be
Living with she
Make love to me one night
Go to her the next---the fight

That breaks us apart
When you are in my heart
I take a break
From this heartache

That I don't need
After your seed
Grows deep inside
You run and hide

Back there with her
Just as you were
Before me
Do you really set me free?

Or do you regret
That you won't get
My love and kisses
As long as you live with the missus

Out in Athena town
For sex, don't come around
Even if you are not romantically involved
She's our big concern unsolved

I am deserving
I won't be serving
Any of my delights
Until you're gone from her house all nights

Out here alone
In your own home
Or here in mine
Be ours in time.
