A Spiritual Blessing
Praise God and Father of the Lord,
Blessing us with His Holy Word;
Through His Son who is Jesus Christ,
On the cross He was sacrificed.
For Christ has brought us from above,
Spiritual blessings with the love;
As God unto us has given,
That can only come from Heaven.
Long before creating the world,
His plan already been unfurled;
God had Christ chosen us to live,
If we accept He would forgive.
Blessings being His chosen ones,
As adopted daughters and sons;
For us to be children of God,
Should always love honor and laud.
The blood of Christ has set us free,
From death and live eternally;
If we will confess our sin,
The crimson tide will cleanse within.
