IT CAUGHT ME








~^~IT CAUGHT ME~^~









I`ve cried many tears in the rain
When my heart was full of pain
But the rain just washed them away
They were lost in the rain of the day.


 


That`s fine `cause no one saw me cry
Too wet, people hurried on by,
My heart ached and I was in pain,
But I was shielded by the rain.





One day when the sky was so blue
And the sun was shining brightly too
My heart in pain was slowly dying
And the sun caught me crying.





It tried to dry up all my tears
And stop the pain from the past years,
Leaving salty marks on my face.
The sun tried but they left a trace.





I`ll try not to let the sun see
Although the pain is killing me
My heart aches I`m not denying
Just don`t let the sun catch me crying.
