Her Heart, His Hands/Happily Never After
Her heart she gave him
A heart with missing pieces

“Be careful with it”, she told him
“For the pieces are not all there”

He helped her find the lost pieces
And now her heart was whole again

One day she discovered something
Something she never wanted to see

“A picture speaks a thousand words” she said
“But this one speaks a lifetime”

“It's not what you think” he said
“For we are only friends”

“friends?” she thought
“Friends with an ex?”

That day her heart was shattered
Into a million tiny pieces.

For now she is confused
As to what she should do

Her friends say he's lying
And to break up with him fast.

But what's a girl to do
When the one person she loves
Has left her broken and confused?

Will she ever get her Happily Ever After?
Or will she only get a Happily Never After?
